06.01.2022 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT OF INNOVATIVE GROUP - APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO). Innovative Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Shamim Anwar as its new CEO effective 1 January 2021. A businessman in his own right who founded Catmandu Finance in 2011, Shamim is a seasoned operator who has been serving his mortgage and finance clients for over 10 years. The father of two young girls has distinguished himself as an incredibly talented, inspiring, and ener...getic entrepreneur whose honesty, creativity and positive attitude are among his greatest strengths. Besides being a successful entrepreneur, Shamim is an exceptional coach with a proven track record. He managed and supervised over 50 employees with his remarkable HR skills and business acumen while at the Crown Plaza Hotel, Sydney from 2005 until 2010. In a rather competitive process, Shamim emerged as the most preferred candidate of the Innovative Group, thanks to his collaborative leadership style, results-oriented client service delivery and business advisory. As the Group CEO, Shamim will fully embrace the Innovative Group differentiation program enabling us to grow further in the competitive market. He will be responsible for managing our interstate branch offices including staff and associates. After completing his Bachelor of Business in 1999, he moved to Australia for an academic and career progression. He went on to complete his Bachelor of IT and Business Management from University of Ballarat. He has been serving the community for over two decades. A well-known and respected name in the community with eloquent communication skills in English, Hindi and Nepalese languages, Shamim lives in Sydney with his wife and two beautiful daughters.
