The role will be working with both new & existing clients to Innovative Finance. We have existing referral partners in place that help support new business for our Mortgage Brokers. As part of being a successful Mortgage Broker you will be required to generate and work with your own clients and referral partners. If you are looking for a long-term stable position within a family friendly non corporate work environment then this opportunity might be for you. To be successful in this role you will: Have 2 years minimum proven experience within mortgage sales and preferably in a broker environment Be highly organised, proactive and have great attention to detail The ability to take full responsibility for processing a loan from initial lead to settlement Exceptional written, verbal and listening skills Excellent telephone manner Be professional and confident Enjoy working without supervision Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems A team player with a dedication to team goals End to end knowledge and understanding of loan processing and documentation Proficient with online mortgage broker software and CRM’s The successful applicant will be located at our Maitland office.
