I thought I would pst some tips to assist in staying present amongst all the wild emotions and sensations. Top tips: Healthy food, sunshine, breathing and moving my body. When big emotions and sensations are moving, being really compassionate and gentle with yourself is key. So small, gentle changes are the way to go. 14.01.2022 Hi all, I hope you are staying warm and cozy on this blustery day. Just a quick update on breathwork sessions. How breathwork can support you and your system during challenging times like these : ... *Breathwork works with your nervous system, supporting the bodies fear and tension responses. This can allow for more relaxation in your day to day life, more body presence and groundedness, and more connection with your breath during the day (this allows us to easily de-stress through connecting our breath, even just for a couple of breaths). *Breathwork works with our stress responses. Stress= self protection (tension, flight, fight, freeze). As outlined above, our breath calms our nervous system and takes us out of the patterned reponse of holding (holding our breath, body tension, pain, patterned thoughts etc). In breathwork one of the tools we use is play. This can become a vital part of working with our stress. Sometimes we need to move through some block's in our system to access our inner child. *Breathwork supports the bodies ability to sense peace, calm and clarity. This hapoens through the felt sense, or the actual felt experience. When we have felt something in our bodies, we start to "know" the/our truth. *Breathwork brings unconscious material to the conscious mind. In times like this its vital that we become more aware and more conscious. The world is asking for us to grow with more presence and love right now. *Breathwork can support bringing more energy into the body simply by oxygenating the cells. This allows for freer flow of physical movemement, of communication, sex, more energy for kids, work and life. This is something i personally have found very helpful during this time! We will be practicing safe distance and no touch breathing. Hand washing and sanitising will also be required, (we will provide at the session). If you are unwell or have travelled just let me know and we can rebook session dates. I am going to be opening up time slots, so available times on weekends and weekday evenings too. **Please note our Ainslie space is perfume free, so please dont wear any scents. Thank you. ** Current available times: Tuesdays 5:30-7:30 Fridays- anytime Sat/Sunday- 12:30-2:30 Please email, facebook message or call to book in sessions. Sessions are still currently free of charge for the next couple months, then will become paid sessions. I also offer counselling sessions ($80) per hour. 08.01.2022 Hi lovely breathers, An quick InnerMotus breathwork update: I will starting breathwork sessions again this month in line with the Australian Breathwork Association recommendations for covid safe breathing. This means sessions will look slightly different for the time being. I will start sending out regular schedule updates as we start back up again, so feel free to book in anytime by shooting me an email, text or call. ... Current available bookings: June 19th July 10th, 17th and 24th **Please note Sundays and weekday evenings can be requested and booked via email.

If you would like to choose one of these times, or another please feel free to email me. I am also now offering online (zoom) counselling sessions. Thursday 22nd Oct: 10am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, and 4:30pm.... Frid 23rd Oct: 12:30pm. Thursday 29th Oct: 10am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, 2:00pm Tuesday 10th Nov: 4:00pm Thursday 12th Nov: 10am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, 2:00pm Tuesday the 17th Nov 4:30pm Thursday 19th Nov Friday 20th Nov, 12:30, 13:30, 2:30 and 3:00pm. I will be offering Breathwork free of charge until the end if Nov. Counselling is currently being charged at a discounted rate of $80 per session, however in November my prices will be changing.
