09.01.2022 Good news! INRG will be reopening TODAY MONDAY 15th June 5:30pm. Under the COVID-19 safety guidelines of the NSW Government, we will ensure that our students and families will be able to train in a safe and COVID-19 free training environment. Your safety and well-being is and always will be our top priority. Therefore due to NO-CONTACT ruling and SOCIAL DISTANCING there will be NO:... - JIU JITSU CLASSES (for the time being) - SPARRING - CLINCHING What are the new rules? - As you enter the gym sign in with name, mobile and time in and out of the gym then sanitise your hands with sanitizer that is provided before proceeding - Wash hands before and after training - Always use your own towel, STRICTLY NO TOWEL NO TRAINING! - You must have your own training gear at all times. No borrowing of gloves or shin guards at anytime. (Exception of gyms equipment which will be disinfected after each use) - Keep social distance, 1.5M apart at all times - If you have a temperature, are sick or not feeling well please do not come to the gym - If you took part in the BLM protest over the last weekend you may not attend the gym, unless you have been tested and cleared of COVID-19 or completed your 2 Week Quarantine period - After each use always spray & wipe down equipment with Gym disinfectant provided - We will be disinfecting the mats and wiping everything down between every session - Parents will be asked to wait outside during classes. No spectators with the exception of potential new members checking out our classes - Students waiting for their class to begin will need to wait for the previous class to finish before entering gym - Only 20 people maximum per class with a 4 square metre rule - To attend our classes all members must have the COVID SAFE APP. Must show it is installed and active upon signing in. - Students are encouraged to arrive dressed and ready to train. - Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes to the next class.
