I regret to inform you with recent events and the quickly spreading virus I won’t be coming out to quote and/or carry out any more interior work where anybody is currently occupying (living in or working in) for the time being. I need to think of my family first and your family for that matter. ... Exterior work will still be taken on at this stage however this could change. It is a hard decision to make financially however i believe it is the most responsible decision for everyone. Thank you for your support. 11.01.2022 A recent job completed in Shell Cove. A change of colour on the fascia from a traditional cream to a more modern grey and replacing white eave colour with Surfmist. Front door varnish had perished and it’s had a new lease on life.

11.01.2022 The Bunnings Fire pit came up a treat. Base layer black, then applied Antica Signoria Stone by sea sponge and light trowel In tawny cover. Followed by Surfmist and Monument colorbond colours in Taubmans Allweather applied again by sea sponge, trowel and a little help from water and gravity.

09.01.2022 Subject-Garage beams Living near the coast has many benefits but it also means maintaining and using correct products to reduce corrosion of metal. Sadly most homes have not had the correct paint on steel beams for the coastal salt air. ... I offer a service which I remove rust oxidation, apply rust converter, apply etch primer and finally apply two coats of an oil based exterior gloss which encapsulates the beam making it harder for metal to corrode. Resulting in a great finish and a lasting job. Estimate quote on similar job to photos above is $440 including GST. Includes all material and needs to be done over several days. 07.01.2022 Recently applied this fantastic product from Italy (Antica Signoria, Stone) supplied and perfectly tinted by Aronne and his team at Bristol Alb Pk and Wollongong. It’s a custom colour I worked with clients to match in with new window furnishings. This is 3 coats final is brush on trowel finish.

Once it gets real bad it will need mechanical sanding to resurrect it. If you would like a quote contact me and I will arrange to get it sorted.

05.01.2022 What a blast today is. Giving the driveway and pathway around this lovely home in Shell Cove a deep clean with over 3500psi before I seal it with a 2 coats of thinners based sealer. For you DIY guys be careful not to coat over these thinners based sealers with oil based driveway paint. I have been to a few now that are all peeling as it won’t stick. The idea of using thinners based is that it actually reactivates the previous coats of sealer ensuring sealer will adhere well.... Also things don’t stick well if there is dirt between the surface and the sealer hence why I use a industrial grade high pressure water blaster. Cheers Michael Vespoli

05.01.2022 Sometimes preparation involves a good wash down. Given these previously painted fascia, gutter and eaves a pressure blast before a light sand and a few coats of Taubmans Allweather semi gloss.
