18.01.2022 I believe in this type of Training. Once upon a time you could work out like this in the Gym and people around you would feel the pump also. These days if you show such vigour in you training, you will be asked to quieten down or even leave the Gym. With all the modern ways of being fancy about physical training many have lost sight of good old Lion roar. I believe in getting it out, as a way of relieving pent up stress from an obviously stress inducing society. The Gym is so...me where I ought to be able to do this in order for it to enable me to be a more relaxed and contented member of society. Sure beats the younger days of being full of piss and giving it verbally to the night club bouncer instead. I want people think about this and that is to point out that one of the main issues in our society is repression of what is natural because of socially developed taboo attitudes towards behaviour. We have to get smart and I will encompass encouraging this type of training in my future Gym. See more

03.01.2022 Hi People, Once a very heavy alcoholic, I now have almost 6 years sobriety up. In this time, I have run a successful Lawn Mowing & Cleaning business as well as completed a Diploma of Management. I started my physical exercise seriously when I stopped Drinking and have just kept going. I can now comfortably Jog 30km and get right into Gym, bike riding, Skating, Swimming and Surfing. I desire from my Heart, to show others how to becoming massively fit, healthy and content. I want to show people that the ingredients for such attributes are already inside them and that all they need to do is to bring them out. Once I have finished my studies with Fit College, I will be showing my clients this above mentioned insight in the realm of my own Personal Training business and my very own relaxing and professional Gym & Sauna business as well.
