25.01.2022 This client had been told that to widen the rear door all the brickwork above would need to be removed and cladding installed. We suggested that the brickwork could be supported in place with an engineered beam . This solution saved the client thousands . Once in place we built this massive deck and pergola which has provided them with a great outdoor living space

18.01.2022 This old deck didnt provide much space or privacy for the client as well as a set of stairs that were dangerously positioned one step out the back door. We were able to extend off this area and open up with new roof beams , privacy screen and a well positioned safe set of stairs

The deck provides a good level area with an awesome seat for entertaining , and covers the old retaining wall. The stairs where all challenging but we were able to provide the client with the access they were after

06.01.2022 This old deck was in need of a facelift . The old boards had been nailed down and were all starting to lift. We replaced with spotted gum boards screwed down with stainless steel screws. This method will stop any board movement A new set of stairs and spotted gum posts and handrail to top off a fantastic view
