In a Fun, Positive and Happy way. Enjoying a wine or beer with mates is part of our lives. As we call this Life Balance Exercise doesn’t and shouldn’t be about how good one looks or who has a six pack It’s about looking after your Mental Health and if you can get that right the rest will follow. 2021 is the year we make a positive change in the world. One incredible human at a time

I'm a science communicator for an environmental research program which means I take the research findings, interpret them and communicate them to decision-makers and land managers who can use the research to make better evidence-based environmental decisions in northern Australia.... Favourite Exercise? Swimming (sorry Sue!) Why you Joined IOF? To build functional strength, have fun and SWEAT. Favourite thing to do in Darwin? Camping, bushwalking, birdwatching, fishing ... anything out in the beautiful environment we have here.

Were finally getting something consistent for our community! What this means for our lovely members........ You will need to create an account using the website or the mobile app www.ptminder.com Our community username is: InsideOut Fitness Darwin It is easy to do. It will then send you email and guide you through all steps. And we are here to help you through it anytime you need us. As of Monday 31st August all sessions will need to be booked in for the week. You can purchase a 20 pass or any package through here. Life in the business world just got a hell of a lot simple through technology. We will be able to see who is coming or not coming to the sessions and offer support to help you all lead a healthier happier more positive lifestyle.
