21.01.2022 Sometimes it just time to let it all go! The resentments we hold against another The anger that ties our stomach in knots The stress that leaves us all twisted... The overthinking that never goes away The worrying about what happened or what was said The anxiety that goes around in our head The fear that keeps us stuck and up late The grief lies so deep The sadness that keeps our walls so high The rejection that makes us feel so small We’ve packed it all so tightly, protected in such a hard case. But now ..... it’s time .... Any images, thoughts, beliefs, feelings, emotions and sensations from the PAST few days, weeks, months and years. Let it all go now! Let it all go now! Let it all go now! A new life! New experiences, new thoughts and new feelings. The time is NOW!



20.01.2022 Each time we look at an issue or challenge from another angle, it becomes a little easier. Take a moment and step back away from the emotional turmoil that it wraps you in, to see what it’s teaching you! As there are lessons in every situation and circumstance when we switch or change the filters of the mind.

04.01.2022 I wish I could just snap out of it! So anxious, stressed and exhausted of thinking and worrying about the same thing over and over. Many say just let it go, or think positive. Yes positive thoughts are absolutely the key to changing your life! And for sure letting go is a must as well. ... But when you’re in it, it’s so hard to do just that! Right? There’s so much more to it! A bit part of it is understanding our brain. When you’re so overwhelmed by emotion or the situation, the emotional part of the brain takes over. Our brain goes into survival mode, automatically firing off chemicals, hormones and emotions in our body. That it has done so many times to survive the situation before. It’s a full on fireworks of reactions that occurs in less than a second! If this happens every time you get triggered, worried, anxious or feel overwhelmed .... that’s exactly why you have no energy! There is NO way any logic plays a part in these situations. You just can not think straight! I’m sure you’ve been there! No talking or thoughts alone can change these situations or habits. You just get over it either, as the emotions are too high! So healing our FEELINGS are the key to changing your life. Thriving instead of surviving, and snapping out of it will follow!



03.01.2022 Determination, Commitment and responsibility are the keys to changing your life. Once you have that, and focus on that, and heal everything that is NOT that, everything changes. How you feel about life day in and day out will skyrocket beyond your belief! ... Everything that limits you to have that change and achieve your goals is made inside you!

01.01.2022 They should pay for what they did to me! They deserve what they get! They should leave first, not me! They should apologise and say sorry! The list of negative and heavy thoughts goes on when the hurt is SO deep! The HUGE amount of emotion that we can hold for another person or situation makes us react, project, think things and do things in ways that we never thought we would. ... But that anger, resentment and hate we hold for those that hurt us from the past .... only ends up hurting ourselves. Forgiveness is never about them winning. It means we are healing what they hurt in us and freeing ourselves. The winning is no more suffering, no more thoughts about them and complete acceptance of it all. That’s the win and the gift they give you.
