09.01.2022 I’m doing a detox.......so many people are doing detox’s and it’s almost like a fad diet! Detoxification is actually a natural process that our body will do all by itself given the right tools and support. Things to remember so our body can take out the trash ... 1. Make sure bowels move at least once daily... 2. Drink 2-3L of water daily 3. Get adequate sleep!!!! 4. Move for at least 20 minutes a day 5. Aim for 30g of Fibre daily from vegetables 6. Get your cell's in your body ACTIVATED!! The below graphic is a goodie!! It’s a reminder that all the little things we do/ can do to, help ourselves actually have a huge impact on our well-being!!
