12.01.2022 We are aware that the COVID-19 pandemic is causing significant concern and distressing feelings for a lot of you. Watching the global response and having so much uncertainty about what happens next in Australia is hard to sit with. IOP’s number one priority is to continue to provide support and care for our clients and community, especially at this time. We know that as stress and uncertainty increases, routines, connection, coping strategies, and self-care are of utmost impo...rtance. We aim to be as stable as we can be in ensuring that our service continues to deliver what it has always done an excellent level of care and therapeutic support for those in need. For now, IOP is running as usual. That is, we will continue to work from our practice at 175 Moray Street during normal open hours whilst following the advice and regulations set out by the Department of Health. However, we are set up to deliver telehealth services should we need to, and we are currently offering this service to anyone who may have difficulty attending the clinic whether due to illness, precaution, or it is simply easier or preferred to do so at this time. 06.01.2022 We are very happy to announce that Dr Lydia Soh has recently joined the IOP team! Lydia has a Master and PhD in Educational & Developmental Psychology and is passionate about her work with children and adolescents. In addition to her therapeutic work, she has a keen interest in cognitive and educational assessment, and assisting her clients to get the most out of their educational experience. Lydia is currently working Fridays, and will also be working Tuesdays from March 31. Welcome Lydia!
