14.01.2022 Another balcony finished, went to do a small job for a client and fell through the balcony, original builder used cement sheet for the first 300mm to pass inspection when looking from the outside view and chipboard for all the rest, undersized joists and no hanger brackets at all, all done properly now and up to standard, very happy client
