25.01.2022 We recently worked on the relocation of the Department of Communities from their Perth City offices to the newly constructed five-storey building in the heart of Fremantles redeveloped City Hub, Kings Square. 23.01.2022 Its been a big year for Insight Electrical. We have completed some iconic projects, and three of our projects are finalists in the Electrical Contractors Association Excellence Awards this Friday night. We are up against some stiff competition, but its good to be in the mix! In the Specialty Lighting category we have Mandoon Estate and 140 William Street Retail Arcade. The WAIS High Performance Centre at Challenge Stadium is up for the Best Medium Commercial project.
21.01.2022 Insight Electrical are pleased to announce that we came away with 2 awards from the NECA Excellence Awards on Friday night. Our project, 140 William Street, picked up the State Award for the Best Lighting and we also received a special commendation in the Commercial Small Project category.

19.01.2022 The Insight team are hard at it working on the Old Bunnings conversion in Mandurah. A tight program with A-Mart Furniture scheduled to open prior to christmas.
18.01.2022 The Northlink Project and upgrade to Lord street in Henley Brook will provide some much needed relief on the straining road network in Perths North. Insight Electrical working with Broad Construction are happy to be involved in this great infrastructure project, working on the new PTA Bus Exchange. This facility will provide a hub for the Bus rapid transit system when complete with works progressing over the coming months.
18.01.2022 Bold Park Aquatic Center is finished and scheduled to open this week. An impressive upgrade on the original building and pools. The works included replacement of the main building and lap pool along with the addition of the undercover family pool. The facilities also include upgraded BBQ area, Playground and 1/2 Court basketball.

17.01.2022 140 William Street Retail Arcade 140 is an exciting food and drink precinct located on the ground floor of 140 William Street in the Perth CBD and situated above Perth underground railway station. The development incorporates fully-restored heritage buildings, major street frontages, the Railway Lane (Pedestrian Mall), Globe Court and Postal Place (Civic Places). A number of renowned restaurants and bars already trade at 140 such as: Jamies Italian, Iku Sushi and The Aviary.

11.01.2022 Works are starting to progress at Fremantle College Fremantle College will create a new schooling environment to accommodate an amalgamation of Hamilton Senior High School and South Fremantle Senior High School on the SFSHS school site. It will accommodate 1200 students through years 7 to 12 and open in time for the commencement of the 2018 school year.

05.01.2022 WAIS High Perfomance Centre This fully designed project situated at the rear of HBF stadium within Western Australias sports precinct is a purpose built facility to house the administration and training facilities required for the Western Australian Institute of Sport.

01.01.2022 Mandoon Estate This project covered multiple areas spanning the 30 acre property. The development consists of a micro-brewery, restaurant, function center, cellar door, outdoor bar and 600m2 underground cellar. Each area had its own specific electrical needs. The large grounds required road and car park lighting along with landscape lighting carefully integrated with the existing flora and fauna. ... The client wanted to create a facility that would protect the history of the Roe Family Property and showcase the potential of the Swan Valley as a world class wine region.
