20.01.2022 During Covid19 and restrictions. This does have a significant effects on people who struggle with their mental health. If your struggling with mental health issues such anxiety, depression, fears around self isolation. Realize your not alone and most importantly to decide to reach out for help during this season and being able to ask for support within regard to your own mental health. During these sessions you will gain INSIGHT about your pain from your past.You will then be able to recognize and understand your unhealthy behaviour that affects your present life circumstances.... INSIGHT will give you life skills and Journalling tools which will enable you to bring about change and have healthy behaviour giving you confidence into the future.
