16.01.2022 I AM CONFIDENT! I know that changing something in your comfortable lifestyle to better your health can be hard! How do I know?... Because I have been there! I may have been comfortable but I definitely wasn’t healthy for a long time. I know that transitioning can be awesome for the first week then life happens and you have social events and emotions that kick in or no support, you can find yourself back to square one pretty quickly and a feeling of discouragement or failure.
