The meeting runs from 7-9pm and the topic for the evening is Anxiety. We'll also briefly discuss Mental Health Week. 16.01.2022 Hi Everyone Hope you are well What a busy time it's been getting prepared for Christmas. Insights Mental Health Support Group have their Christmas breakup this Thursday evening at 6pm (10th December). We're having a BBQ at Lake Wendouree Ballarat with snacks, meat, bread and salad and drinks provided (We've also catered for vegetarians). We are meeting out the front of Pipers by the Lake and will go from there to find a suitable BBQ area. Please bring a $10 Kris Kringle if p...ossible. A family member, carer, friend or pet are welcome with permission from the participant. Please contact us for more information and if you would like to attend so we can cater for numbers. This will be Insights Ballarat last meeting for the year and we'll be having a holiday during January resuming in February. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Insights Mental Health Support Group Ballarat are having their monthly evening meeting tomorrow night through the App Zoom from 7-9pm (26th November). We'll be enjoying dinner while reflecting on the year. Please see our flyer for more details. Also, next month we'll be having our Christmas breakup. We'll be having a BBQ around Lake Wendouree. Everything is getting back to normal now that many of the restrictions have been listed which is why Insights Support Group Ballarat decided to have a meeting catch up face to face. Just a reminder that Insights Mental Health Support Group Ballarat have a morning Saturday meeting tomorrow (14th Nov at 11am). Meeting will be at the Eureka museum cafe (Stawell St, Eureka) for a coffee. We'll be out the front outside. We'll also enjoy a morning walk ...afterwards so bringing a dog would be most welcome.
