12.01.2022 InSpec NDT in collaboration with Stanley Inspection are excited to announce the award of all NDT related works for the Sole Development Project. The Sole gas field is in the eastern part of the Gippsland Basin, approximately 40 km off the coast of Victoria, Australia. The contract scope consists of the subsea tie-back of the Sole well to the Orbost Gas Plant including the fabrication and installation of a 64 km pipeline, spool and manifold, a 64 km umbilical and the commissio...ning of the system. A temporary spool base will be setup in Cribb Point, Western Port, Victoria for the fabrication of 1.5 km pipeline stalks. On completion of the stalking phase the load out and lay phase will take place offshore. InSpec NDT look forward to being part of a successful project maintaining excellence in; health & safety, environmental protection, quality and productivity.
