13.01.2022 Using our FlirE8 Camera we identified two active termite hot spots within a house for sale on a pre purchase inspection. We confirmed these afterwards using a Non Invasive Termatrac T3i termite radar. Unfortunately the owner was unaware of the damage as the FC sheet con was the activity and, the damage behind and above the shower. Non invasive tools are essential for all building and pest inspections.
