Of the builders who responded to my request for quotes, Ashley was the most prepared to listen to what I wanted, and he offered useful and sensible suggestions on how to achieve it. He won the job with the best and cheapest proposal and... went to work.The house was occupied during the construction so managing the work around the requirements of that was important. Ashley was always prepared to constantly communicate about who would be accessing my back yard, and when, and was able to be flexible around my needs on the couple of occasions when that was necessary. Similarly, all the tradespeople employed by Ashley were just as willing to communicate and work in ways that minimised any inconvenience to me.The quality of the work completed by all the tradespeople and Ashley was exceptional. Between constant changes, extra quotes, advice and call outs he managed to keep us feeling like we were his number one priority all the time. We ordered a supply only for a custom designed 305sqm skillion roof shed to be converted as stables. The entire process from our first enquiry to delivery was simple, fast and at a reasonable price. Were now even getting Ash to quote up some new work for us."
