21.01.2022 Place your hand on your heart, now place your attention on your heart.... think of something that makes you smile, keeping your attention on your heart.... keep... you focus on how your heart feels when you do this, give thanks and gratitude for the thing that makes you smile, it could be a person, song, tree, experience, sunrise or sunset whatever it is acknowledge how thankful you are and keep your attention on your heart... now that is being in the moment that is giving thanks and gratitude and that place of gratitude is where the miracles happen, that is the moment you are connected to your higher self and you can make your wishes come true... with all that rushes around in our heads it can be hard to get there some times, but like everything else in life the more you practice love and gratitude the easier it becomes... do this at least once a day or as many times as you can and I can assure you that you will lift your vibration and attract wonderful things, and experiences into your life... 04.01.2022 And the count down is on! We pick up the keys to Our Space on Monday! Laurie and I can’t wait to for you all to see our beautiful new space we know you are ...all excited to see just where we will pop up... We are filled to the brim with love and gratitude for all of your amazing support and kindnesses so hang tight just a few more sleeps and all will be revealed.... 02.01.2022 Well if you haven’t guessed yet, Kelly and I are super excited, proud, happy and jumping for joy to announce the opening of Our Space!!!! Opening next Monday th...e 24th of August 2020 At 14 Bury Street Nambour (in the same building as Sweet n Flour, and opposite Mill St. Kitchen & Pantry) Our hours are 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am to 12pm We will announce our up and coming workshops over the next few days and we so look forward to seeing you all again Kelly and I have been absolutely overwhelmed with gratitude for the support and encouragement from the beautiful community we live in, and couldn’t be prouder to call Nambour our home
