25.01.2022 Can anyone help?

23.01.2022 Do you know an Inspirational Women living on the Central Coast, NSW? What is an Inspirational Women? A women who is making a difference in a community that she loves. She has stepped out and stepped up to solve a problem and is helping others, locally or abroad. ... She is constantly solving problems - for others - she is following her passion and in so doing, she makes a difference. I am on a mission to find these women of the Central Coast, to help promote the great work, encourage them and if they need support - see how this group, might be able to help. I have already published my first book on Inspirational Women, however, this was on women who live and work in Thailand, Cambodia, The Philippines and Yunan, China. Wanting my second book to be closer to home and help to encourage and celebrate women of the Central Coast. Have a beautiful day. SAM

18.01.2022 Kelly-Anne Kent, Izy Speers, Leah Knight, Katrina McClinchie, Michelle Low. Made this up tonight - thought it might be easier to lock in and all your dates as well. If you know anyone who you think would be a great fit for our group of Amazing and Inspiring Women - please share the link. Have a great night.

17.01.2022 How amazing is this! Love it!!! Love that the community helped and got it up and running - how perfect.. Love creative ideas.

14.01.2022 I wanted to change my cover page... and this photo popped up... this is a photo I took, many years ago while I was in a remote part of the Phillippines. We approach this very wide river and the driver and our guide asked us all to jump out and walk across that little bamboo bridge - you can see in the background, while our jeepney went across the river! What an adventure! Looking back, this trip was a Pivot Point in my life, it set me off exploring what I really wanted to do..., who I needed to be, to fulfill my life's purpose. At the time, I didn't know it was going to be such an important step for me, that it would set me off down a track that would transform me. It's been quite an adventure, especially these past few years, dealing with cancer, these years in particular, have broken me down and built me up. Ready to reach out to other women and help them on their own adventures.. To inspire... Encourage... and change the world, one person at a time. Who else out there is up for an adventure! If that is you... PM me and I would love to talk, see how I can support you, to be the person you need to be; to live a life you love and love living.

13.01.2022 OMG is this what they call mid-life crisis.. I’ve hit 51, managed to escape dying from cancer but that was only three years ago and they always wait until 5 years - before you have a clean bill of health.. so two more to go! but I digress New emotions are starting to go through me, my priorities are changing, I keep having to reign myself in and slap myself - excuse you, you are still a mother, you are still caring and you still need to clean, wash and cook but every day...Continue reading

04.01.2022 This is very cool - more people speaking their truth is always a great thing.

03.01.2022 Silence and Solitude... a retreat all around silence and solitude.. I survived! I was a tad concerned that I wouldn't cope, the thought of not being able to speak to anyone... but it wasn't as bad as that, there were times to speak, but they were limited and encouraged to speak from our hearts. As the weekend progressed I got into a groove, found the silence in myself and enjoyed seeking the solitude. Realised how exhausted I was and how much rest I needed. Was a wonderful ...adventure and weekend to take a time out. Thank you Benita for being such an awesome facilitator and encourager. Great to re-calibrate and STOP. REST. BREATHE. Back to real life, and managing to bring the silence and solitude into my everyday. Putting the building blocks in place to find my way forward, into the future that I have been dreaming off for the past few years. Have a beautiful day everyone. For all of you living in and around the Central Coast, stay cool... it's a HOT one!.
