21.01.2022 The journey of unfolding into the wholeness of your heart does take immense courage, and I applaud everyone on that path, wherever you are within it I'm actually diving into an even more intense immersion, starting tmrw, and I'll be sharing parts of my journey on here. To access more light is to access more love. To access more love is to acknowledge and integrate your ego, and trauma from all parts of your being. ... It is super confronting, because there's no escaping it. There's no 'way out'... you've got to feel it to heal it! And to heal it you have to create SPACE in your body. You have to create space in your life just for you. You have to elevate your frequency and vibration through your daily lifestyle choices. You have to keep walking, no matter how much you feel like giving up and never rising again. You have to build compassion, kindness and love. And that can take a lot of practice! Heart field expansion is like any new 'thing' you're learning. I burst into tears when I arrived home, and very happy to take my own advice when I feel like I can't think straight ... so I thought maybe someone else might need to hear this as well! ... 16.01.2022 About last night.... WOW. Who else has the feels? I have been struggling through a whole range of emotions, and today I feel the most grounded I have in a while ... There are many groups worldwide that honour this 21.12.20 planetary Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction, solstice day and beginning of The Age of Aquarius as a sacred and special occasion, for the raising of consciousness and the uplifting of humanity, animals and Mother Earth. The Solstice is a time where the veil between dimensions is thin, meaning we have greater access to higher dimensions and light beings. It is also a time where we are more open and connected with the energies of the Earth. We've just had a 12.12 portal and then Solar Eclipse 14.12.20 opening a new portal to a brand new beginning and the Great Conjunction massively amplifies these energies. Please be aware that we are able to tap into higher frequencies than ever before, but also lower frequencies than before too... this is why your thoughts, choices, behaviours and actions are now more important than ever before! What world and reality are you creating?? Who are you being? How are you coding this New World?
