15.01.2022 Well we did it! Over 5 days, 700+ kilometres, serious head winds and countless pub meals the erstwhile team of "ryders" completed the challenge from Fremantle a...ll the way to Kalbarri via some spectacular WA scenery. Not only did we raise almost $5500 for well deserving charity Bicycles for Humanity (WA) but we also spent an estimated $12,500 on accommodation, food and tourist activities across our great state supporting the economies of Toodyay, Dalwallinu, Morowa, Northampton, Kalbarri, Geraldton and many more in between. Many friends were made on the way and as per last year's "ryde" to Esperance the Ryder Electric Bikes e-bikes performed brilliantly with a puncture the only problem. Can't wait for next year! Big thanks to all our Ryders and support crew, you were awesome! 11.01.2022 BLOOMING WREATH FLOWERS The Mullewa Visitor Centre is very happy to report the iconic wreath flowers are now blooming. "They were a bit slower this year beca...use we've had a really cold winter but there's still hundreds out there and they look really good," Holly Freeman from the Community Resource Centre said. "We get them out at the Pindar-Beringara Rd but we do encourage people if they're coming out to Mullewa to see them pop into the visitor centre first and we'll give you a map and really good directions where to find them."
