23.01.2022 Coles and Woolworths both claim theyre doing good things for our climate. So why are these supermarkets both card-carrying members of one of Australias shadie...st climate-wrecking lobby groups: the Business Council of Australia (BCA)? It just doesn't "check out" Over the past few decades the BCA has strategically undermined a long list of climate policies in Australia As a result, climate pollution in this country is going up, not down like it must if we are to continue enjoying life on our beautiful planet By weakening the BCAs membership, we can neutralise their influence over climate policy in Australia and get back on track in building a future thats good for everyone and every living thing Sign the open letter now asking Coles and Woolworths to leave the climate-wrecking BCA www.acf.org.au/open_letter_supermarkets Well take this open letter and the thousands of signatures on it to the supermarkets annual general meetings later this year. There well show the boards and executives of Coles and Woolies just how many of their customers and shareholders care about this. And that being a member of the BCA is just not compatible with good corporate social responsibility. Its time for Coles and Woolies to do the right thing. But who will be the first to do it? The race is on!

18.01.2022 This is a great uplifting movie about seeking solutions for our world to thrive moving forward. Us simply knowing the issues that we find it hard to avoid day to day often sees us feeling bad and shutting down about it all because we dont want to know about what we feel we cant fix. This movie is uplifting - it brings us hope and awareness - and shows us that we do have the answers right, here, right now. And interestingly a lot comes back to us thinking and acting on a ...community level - mimicking what Nature already does. Which is what Ive been saying about the network marketing system - everyone doing a little bit - supporting each other - helps everyone survive and thrive. 11.01.2022 A great night for a great cause. Left with hope for the future. Organized by Jim Skivalidas who at one time found himself in a dark place in his life - much to ...his surprise. He had a community around him that supported him and ultimately helped him onwards and upwards - and now making a difference with his event for the 3rd year running. Some of my takeaways from the event - This is not about going down the rabbit hole. We are looking to beat the crisis - not respond to it Self betterment Everyone goes through dark times - its about finding a way through - connecting - knowing youre not alone and this too shall pass. For me it wasnt about the event - its about the awareness that it is raising in the lead up to the event, the night itself, all the social media posts and conversations and connections during the event - and continuing after the event. Case in point with this post.
