25.01.2022 Colour consultant Karen Spira was recently tasked with updating this 60s block of units in Mosman. It resurrected the building visually and the rental appeal has increased substantially said the client on completion of the painting. Karen chose Dulux Colorbond Evening Haze 200% for the balconies and fascia to reduce the visual impact of the roof. Evening Haze 100% was used on the trims and Dulux White Duck went onto the external ceilings. This colourful and energetic scheme incorporates Dulux Regalia for the block of dark blue, Island Sea for the block of aqua and Lexicon Half for the block of greyish white.
