25.01.2022 To decide ! The Latin meaning is to cut off. So to make a decision, a real decision means that you cut off , and move forward or upward , leaving behind whatever it is in the past . Most people don’t make a proper decision and they stay stuck , this is because of fear. Make a decision and decide to do what ever you want to do now ! If you don’t , you may regret it!

Earlier this year , Joss had what her daughter thought was a heart attack , her blood presssure was 220 ! ( systolic) . Joss made a complete recovery and is back training again with me....
