25.01.2022 If you’ve been feeling confused, exhausted and overwhelmed lately, be aware that Mercury has been in Retrograde the last few weeks. Mercury governs the mind, our thought patterns, communication strategies and technology. So when Mercury goes retrograde (a few times a year), things can get a bit muddled. Mercury turns direct this weekend so this should help ease the tension. Things should become more clear in the coming weeks. If you’ve been feeling stuck or thwarted, the... momentum should shift slightly by next week. It’s important to remember that there is a divine purpose behind Mercury Retrograde. 23.01.2022 Current energies......A balancing Full Moon in Libra . Welcome to the new astrological year. A week ago the sun moved from dreamy Pisces into the fiery and independent sign of Aries. Until now we have been processing 2020 and assimilating its lessons. Once Aries season begins, the new year is truly under way. As the first sign of the zodiac, the sun in Aries brings brand new beginnings and fresh projects. Aries is the kickstarter. It’s cardinal fire energy lights up our ...passions and ignites our desires. Its time to get creative and push forward with more gusto. 20.01.2022 Current energies....The first New Moon for 2021 . If you’ve been feeling a bit flat lately, be aware that the moon has been waning since New Years Eve. We have all been releasing the dregs of 2020 for the last two weeks. The fear, the upheaval, the hysteria, whether we are conscious of it or not, our bodies need time to process what we went through personally and collectively. We have now entered into a ‘5’ Universal Year. In numerology, 5 represents chaos, change and confl...ict. 5 years are all about disrupting the status quo in our lives. Whether we feel ready for it or not, this year will bring ripples of change and shake up what is stagnant and no longer serving our highest good. This can either be a surprising adventure or a ride from hell, it all depends on our ability to let go and ride the waves with curiosity and presence. Human beings are notoriously resistant to change, even if its in our best interest. The good news is the planets will be supporting us in opening our minds and hearts to new vistas. In 2020, we had an abnormal number of planets in retrograde and many of these planets were stationed in the earth sign of Capricorn. 13.01.2022 Welcome to a soothing Full Moon in Virgo. A wonderful way to end the month after the astrological upheavals of February. For the last few weeks Mercury has been in retrograde stirring the mental waters of our consciousness. Things have felt somewhat confusing and muddled. We can also experience exhaustion and overwhelm. With the Sun and four other planets stationed in Aquarius, all that air energy left us feeling ungrounded and caught in mental loops. It may have been d...ifficult to make decisions and see clarity within the chaos. All of this thinking redirection had a purpose. It was designed to open our mental faculties to new points of view and perspectives. With Mercury now direct, the confusion should ease and our lives should flow with less resistance. The sun has also moved into the dreamy sign of Pisces. Pisces is the final sign of the zodiac that brings endings and new beginnings. It rules the unconscious and what is unborn. 11.01.2022 Welcome to the LIONS GATE portal Can you feel the energy building? This week we have two astrological events set to bring great clarity and insight during a confusing time. We are half way through Leo Season and with this comes the yearly opening of the Lions Gate Portal. Every year, Sirius, the brightest star in our night sky aligns perfectly with the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt. This event has been celebrated for thousands of years as an increased time of divine light ...codes and high vibrational energy entering the Earth plane. 11.01.2022 Current energies.....It’s a full moon in Leo baby !!! Welcome to a fiery and creative cycle. Although this moon is full of fresh inspiration and opportunity, it is also set to bring some confusion and chaos as well. Full Moons are notorious for amplifying our emotions. The lunar light illuminates what is unconscious in our lives and what is ready to come to the surface. 06.01.2022 Current Energies...Welcome to a transforming Super New Moon in Scorpio . The last few weeks have been an intense ride! Last week Mercury stationed direct and on Friday our warrior planet Mars also moved out of retrograde. This means things are going to start moving and shifting without so much effort. Planets Retrograde to help us to slow down and reflect. When they start to move direct, it feels like life is speeding up and moving with less resistance. This is what we ...should experience in the coming weeks, greater flow and momentum. YAY! This is truly a time of REBIRTH! 05.01.2022 Our Float Tank Art Journey ........The day before our float tank experience we were both feeling dishevelled and rattled. We had a lot of thoughts, ideas and emotions whirling around in our heads and were feeling ungrounded and overwhelmed as a result. We completed the art piece ‘Chaos’ (Pre Float Tank) which depicted the state we were in. The next day we arrived at Breathe Stretch Float and felt immediately at ease in the environment. Once we entered the float tanks, the pe...acefulness was intoxicating. We completely surrendered to the darkness and tranquility of the water. Our minds began to slow and our intuition and inner guidance could take hold. In the float tank, all the information, insights and ideas that had been causing ‘chaos’ in our consciousness for a few weeks had the chance to settle in. It was like our bodies could process and sort out all of our internal and external stimuli. This happened effortlessly within an hour. All of our thoughts and worries evaporated and everything important slotted into place. With our minds at ease, our intuition could direct us to places in our unconscious that had not been explored yet. We both received deep insights and ‘clarity’ for future direction in this time. On leaving the float tank, we were both amazed by how our bodies felt. It was like we had grown new skin. We entered the exercise feeling weary, tense and tight and we left feeling calm, peaceful and renewed. These after effects continued long after the float occurred. In fact, we continued in a peaceful state of flow for quite a few days afterwards. We completed the post float art work with little effort. A vision about the colours and style came to us in the float and the piece flowed seamlessly out of hands. Our renewed clarity allowed us to be productive but totally in tune with our bodies and creative flow. We felt totally present and at one with the ebbs and flows of the universe.
