23.01.2022 We have all donated to help bushfire affected areas and their wildlife but as the fires keep burning I feel I want to help more. I'm not in a bushfire affected... area to physically roll up my sleeves and help so I've decided to release my latest ebook with ALL proceeds from the sale of the ebook for the first week of February going to the Australian Wildlife and Nature Recovery Fund. 02.01.2022 I am seafood feast and workshop planning for this coming weekends Seafood cooking retreat! I love mussels, delicious, quick and easy to cook, nutritious and ec...onomical. Everyone that leaves my workshops leaves with the confidence to cook mussels frequently in the home kitchen. This retreat has been so up and down with bookings and cancelations (and the right thing to do is have loose cancelation policies so sick people stay at home), Unfortunately for me I have had a chalet cancel at the last minute, again, but not so unfortunate for one lucky person couple or small group of friends. Please call or email me if you would like to book the chalet for the weekend or if you live locally and want to attend for the day workshops. If the chalet doesn't get rebooked I am sure the small group attending won't complain, more attention and instruction and more seafood to indulge in!!
