24.01.2022 20% of year 4s across australia cannot read at min level required. They cannot read to learn, but are stuck learning to read, because they have not received appropriate instruction and/or intervention.

23.01.2022 A simple pack of cards (or the jumbo size ones) can be a great way to improve addition, subtraction and times tables. Halve the pack of cards and take turns flipping them over. Eg 9+3=12 or 9-3=6 or 9x3=27, etc. See who answers the most sums and gets the most cards. Do this on a regular basis and youll definitely see an improvement. A fun way to learn. Give it a try...
