11.01.2022 My breakfast today. A fruit smoothie bowl packed full of nutrients. It was extremely delicious. I served it in a coconut bowl so it felt a little bit fancy! Try adding zucchini or baby spinach to your smoothies. It adds extra nutrients and doesn't affect the taste.

Chia Pudding topped with Raspberries, Wild Blueberries and Coconut is one of my favourite breakfast options. It's delicious and packed with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, protein and fibre. I hope everyone is well and staying safe.
