Feeling sadness: It's okay. Sit with it and acknowledge it. Check in with yourself and ask yourself, what do I need right now? Feeling anxious: It's time to ground and centre yourself. Take a deep breath, what can you hear, what can you smell, what can you see? Remember that it's never too late to ask for help and you don't need to be at the bottom before you reach out

One transforming thing I learned was to search my feelings when I am triggered. Feelings are information. Underneath them is a belief that is causing pain. My beliefs that were causing me to be triggered were that I was not worthy of love and that I had to earn love. And that even when I... did do well at something, I was still not good enough. I looked into my past for the causes of these beliefs to understand them. Then flipped them. My flipped beliefs, that ALL people are worthy of love, even me.
