25.01.2022 This is one of my favourite things I’ve ever said. In 2017, I decided to start a business helping others. I had $2,300 in the bank, 2 kids, a wife who worked casual hours, no idea about how to run a business, no clue what I had to offer but something inside me just wanted to help others. ... All I did was get started. It’s funny how if you just start something and stick at it, things just work out. I took a course in NLP Coaching and Hypnosis because I needed a qualification. But NLP changed my life. I changed old patterns that I had for decades, I understood more about the human mind and how to influence change every others book, course, training, seminar and mentor combined. Fast forward to now and I spend most of my days teaching not just the tools of NLP but guiding people to have their own business, transforming lives as well as nationally recognised certifications in NLP, Hypnsois and Coaching. It’s a lifestyle, not a business. It excites me, it’s not work. It’s transformational, not transactional. No two days are the same ever and I love it! But I don’t want to inspire people because of what I did, I find what sets their soul on fire, throw some petrol on it and light that MF up!

22.01.2022 Are you an empath? Did you know, it’s estimated that only 2% of the population is an empath? Empathy is caused by a synaesthesia, where our visual and kinaesthetic overlap.... In other words, if you see someone getting a warm hug, you feel the hug. If you see a person sad, you feel the sadnesseven if you don’t know what they are sad about. This phenomena is not completely foreign to the other 98% of the population. For example. Someone yawns, and you start yawning yourself or you see a person scratching themselves and you become itchy. But empaths can actually feel what others feel and it can be exhausting. It used to be exhausting for me too. It took me years to learn how, but now I get energy from it! It came down to one simple thing... Being able to actually help those who I could feel were in pain. What once sucked energy from me, now gives me an unlimited source of empowerment. Now when I feel the pain of another, I can do something about it. What if I could show you how? Would you want to know? The vision of my company is to empower the 2%! 21.01.2022 Think you’ve never been hypnotised?? Think again. One of the best things about learning hypnosis is knowing when someone is using hypnotic language or you are being put into a trance. Marketing companies, politicians, sales people, friends and family all use hypnotic language - some people don’t even know they are using it. ... But when you can recognise the structure of a sentence that’s designed to influence you to do something, you can do something about it. Here are 3 examples of common hypnotic suggestions that can cause beliefs. - It’s cold and flu season, so it’s time to buy your cold and flu tablets. - Money is the root of all evil - If you go outside without a jumper on you’ll catch a cold These are just a few examples of how day to day language can shape our unconscious beliefs. If you’re told that money is the root of all evil as a child, it may cause you a limiting belief about money. I’ve seen people who have struggled all their life with money and others who have more then they can spend. The only difference is their money mindset which was created in a belief which may or may not have come from a hypnotic suggestion. 3 things learning hypnosis can help you with: 1. Be more precise with your language and communicate effectively. 2. Know when someone is using hypnotic language to influence you. 3. Make better suggestions to your kids to set them up for success. Hypnosis is one of the most powerful and natural ways to heal, make rapid change, influence yourself, create a new belief and be happier. 19.01.2022 As a coach, you need to learn the skill of silence. It’s very hard to listen when you are talking. I was once told you have two ears and one mouth, use them in the same proportion ... Steven Covey covered this in detail in his book 7 Habits of a Highly Effective Person, seek first to understand before being understood. The only way you can understand is the language of discovery... asking questions and then listen intently to the answer. Silence allows the person space to think and answer. When coaching, asking questions without giving advice is challenging but highly effective way of communication.
