19.01.2022 This was very calming this morning for the parasympathetic nervous system. Ideas and solutions can make their way in when we are not in fight or flight mode. Even if the idea is to breathe deeper and do less to solve or figure out some solution. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nmmNWj9YtAw&feature=share

04.01.2022 Below is a copy and pasted email from my massage association Massage Association of Australia. There is a training you can complete online (see below) I do not want to be part of panic but I think it is a time to be overly cautious and precautious. My gut tells me we can do more individually to self isolate than is being suggested!! email from MAA below information.... The Department of Health, yesterday, announced a free online training module for all Health Professionals and anyone else who might like to do the training. This is an ideal opportunity to let your clients know they can access the same training as yourself so you can work together with them to lower any risk for yourself, your clients, your family and the community at large. When you have finished the module you may go to the self service area of the MAA website and update your own CPE Points (5). To register: Click on the link below or copy and paste it into your browser. https://www.health.gov.au//covid-19-infection-control-trai This 30-minute online training module is for health care workers in all settings. 02.01.2022 Some ideas for people who are in isolation to assist in keeping balanced. Exercise: Lucy Windham Reed #lucysquad has over 90 YouTube videos for indoor exercise. For people of varying ages, mobility and interest. Her 7 minute workouts are awesome.... Yoga: Yoga with Adrienne Youtube Adrienne has been making yoga classes (weekly) for all varying needs since 2012. There are hundreds of variations from flow, gentle to more intensive. Meditation: Louise Hay has a range of varying meditation teachers. Debra King does great chakra balancing and I love her meditations for connecting to angels, higher wisdom and grounding. Christie Marie Sheldon, Mind Valley found on YouTube has a great meditation for you and your kids. You can use it for kids as young as four. It is called: Blessing ball of light. It takes about 5 minutes and would be great for a whole household to do together. Meditate with Marissa. She is a UK psychologist with her own methodology and is known for helping stars and royalty. She is surprisingly very down to earth with some great hypnotherapy videos. My favourite is You are enough meditation. There are oodles more!! Why not use the changes to explore the vastness within. We may just surface with a very new connection point of reference. A new capacity for NEWNESS. Lots of love to everyone with varying degrees of difficulty and feelings of fear. Happy to speak with you over the phone, on Skype or zoom sessions. Anyone up for weekly group meditation? I am happy to connect and share some of my varied relaxation and reconnection techniques.
