24.01.2022 Did you know that 34% of employees are engaged in their work, Did you also know that 13% of employees are "actively disengaged" and actively/passively attempt t...o sabotage their employers business? The remaining 53% of workers are in the "not engaged" category. They may be generally satisfied but are not cognitively and emotionally connected to their work and workplace; they will usually show up to work and do the minimum required but will quickly leave their company for a slightly better offer. If all your employees were actively engaged, can you imagine how much more profitable and productive your business could be! Can you imagine how much better the outcomes for your firms clients could be! The team at Radical Consultants brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise obtained over the last 56 years of their combined experience. Radical Consultants help their clients by diving deeper into their client's organisation and team members that other mind based consulting may not offer. The team uses the information learnt to help unify the organisation, its leaders and its staff and create energy towards the common vision and purpose to effect long lasting change. 22.01.2022 I love the word "expansion", especially in the context of human beings. For me expansion relates to states of increased capacity and capability. Capacity for what? Capacity to respond in the moment. Whether it is action, compassion, silence, acknowledgement or a smile, it arises almost automatically. We could call it a reaction. Perhaps it arises from an awareness of quality of the relationship we are experiencing in that moment. Are we really there with the person or situation? From that "expanded" place, comes the capability to choose the appropriate response...without losing our centre.

17.01.2022 A Message from Abe Moses, Founder of Radical Workplace Consultants: Workplace Transformation is Essential to Growth On Tuesday (12/11/2019) night, I had the pr...ivilege of presenting to a fabulous group of attendees who showed a ton of interest in the topic! After all, who isn't struggling with workplace transformation? Plenty of healthy interaction as well. There are multiple pathways that lead us off track, following the path of this familiar quote: 'The definition of insanity is...' Seems to me that the point of difference lies in the field of awareness. How we do what we do. Even mindfulness oft becomes something we 'do' from time to time, more so than something we embody. Eating becomes a social event, instead of a healthy interaction with food that is destined to nourish us and become a part of our bodies. So many addictions...so many seductions...so many distractions...opportunities to leak our power (attention) and take a bite of the latest apple. (Pun intended, Steve.) It’s no wonder our health is deteriorating. Energy follows where attention goes. Our attention is being hijacked, seduced by the mental-emotional tag team. What a great opportunity to wake up, to live on the edge, to call out the illusions of the mind, and reclaim our true power - our power of choice.

01.01.2022 We are listening role models for our kids. If our children don’t listen to us, we may need to begin with listening to ourselves. In this episode, Oscar speaks w...ith global parenting expert, Justin Coulson. Father to 6 daughters, TED talk speaker and author of 6 books. Justin answers the question, ‘How do I get my kids to listen?’ A great way to begin an engaged conversation is to start with observation. You can learn about listening by noticing. Learn the importance of eye contact, eye level and how this honours the relationship whilst expressing the desire to communicate. Justin explains that parents may have to stop what we’re doing because we miss opportunities to connect with our kids if we never stop. https://www.oscartrimboli.com/podcast/062
