"COVID derailed my plans to undertake a solo hike of the Northern Territory's 223-kilometre Larapinta Trail this year. ... Instead, I set out on the first section of the Bibbulmun Track Kalamunda to Dwellingup. For 211km, over six and a bit days, it was just me, tackling the hilly terrain with my pack and about a billion flies. I've previously completed three different sections of the Bibbulmun, and each time was with a group of my running friends. Being on my own made hiking the track a vastly different experience. Having no one to complain to about my sore feet, my heavy pack, the rain, the chafing, and how much I stunk wasn't much fun! I did some big days out there including 43km in one day which really tested my mettle, but that made getting to the end and back to civilisation all the more sweeter." Lisa we are in awe of who you are and inspired to step up our game! Thanks for sharing!!

You must attend 30 classes across 30 days!... The objective is to challenge yourself to get to the gym 5-7 days a week consistently not to hack the system You must check-in @InspiredLife online on Facebook or Instagram to keep a track of your attendance and so we can keep you accountable! If you do 2 x 1/2hr classes back to back we will let you count it as 1.5 classes not 2 ;) ya gotta work for it! An 1 hr class and a 1/2hr class can count as 2. Below we have pre-created awesome tiles that you can use or you can simply do a picture / boomy / post etc! Dont forget! Simply upload to your stories and posts and tag @InspiredLife in your comments! You can edit to add your numbers on top! We celebrated.. birthdays pregnancy announcements and ... a surprise elopement with our Inspired friends and fam We saw more and more of our group fitness fam return And a few sneaky new classes and timeslots announced Our team were loved bombed by our members We announced the return of our 30 in 30 challenge and just snuck the 1st day of the challenge into August We gave back and ran some awesome giveaways to the basketball and our challenge! We re introduced our NO LOCK-IN contract offer for new members Our members were celebrated for their epic commitment especially when they still smash out a workout at the gym after a night out #goals Remember its so easy to get caught up in day to day life and forget about all the amazing things that happen each and every day. Operation Christmas Child is a hands-on way for you to give back and share some joy with less fortunate children in need across the world by filling shoeboxes with toys, hygiene items, school supplies, and fun gifts. ... Operation Christmas Child will collect the boxes and distribute them to children living in vulnerable situations.
