25.01.2022 Beef and red wine stew from the recipe community tonight. I used my TM6’s slow cooker mode for this one. The recipe doesn’t call for slow cooking but I had a busy arvo ferrying the kids around so I made the most of my little time and put the TM6 to work. We served ours with fresh pasta and broccolini It made heaps so it’s good for a large family

10.01.2022 Ratatouille tonight. I add in more mushrooms, vege stock paste and a can of tinned tomatoes. Makes it extra yummy.

10.01.2022 I’ve been slack! Sorry folks. I’m trying to juggle a few different things at the moment so dinners have been a pretty quick affair. Tonight I steamed chicken and rice in the varoma and served it with salsa and lots of salad. For the perfect rice, use basmati (50-300g) cook for 18-20 mins on varoma speed 4, in the steaming basket with 900g water. No need to rinse the rice. Perfect

04.01.2022 Zucchini lentil and coconut stew for dinner tonight. Recipe is on Cookidoo! Super yummy but definitely needs the lime/lemon at the end, I also added coriander and some chilli flakes for some extra kick thanks @lanalovesfood for reminding me I need to make this!
