25.01.2022 Day 11 - Isolation wall of gratitude I am grateful today for technology. Today I had to live stream a beautiful friends funeral. It was honestly the most beautiful and heart breaking funeral I have ever attended. My heart goes out to the whole of the OHalloran and Carr families and all of Annas friends across the globe. 12.01.2022 I love practicing yoga and I love when my kids get involved as well. It doesnt matter if you dont have a yoga mat just take the time to ground yourself and connect to your breath. Sometimes its nice to sit in childs pose and just be in the moment.

No commute at the end of the day, sitting in traffic And of course the amazing meals that we are ordering in from our locals, when we are done with cooking. In Isolation he secretly delivered groceries and champagne to me and he shared a secret recipe zia zoom. He has set up a poets corner and an isolation bar on his street!
