Hi I’m Sally, ISS was a dream when I was working as an RN, and I found my 18 year old son Zachary (he has Down syndrome) thrived having support provided by caring & responsible young adults. And that my then 16 year old daughter was amazing in her relationships with Special Olympics athletes as a volunteer. I take the time to get to know you & my staff, so I can match like personalities & interests. I am a strong believer in lifelong learning & this is provided regularly to staff. We have peer support workers, whatever your age , dedicated to Facilitating & Supporting our Clients to achieve their goals through Role Modelling & Mentorship. Other than clients having fun and learning new skills, we are about educating through example to our Communities what you CAN do & the benefits to ALL of having friends & staff of differing abilities. A day shopping with friends, a stroll up Mt Nyngan, fishing, pottery, painting & craft, cooking....... Transport &/or attending appointments, group day & evening outings, all tailored to what you want to do! We also offer filming with patient, professional guidance through, content, filming & editing (Uni Holidays Only - so book early for December/January). Support in the workplace, tutoring, ......we aim to Support you, Live Your Best Life We are now offering SUPPORT COORDINATION with a difference! I will be honest & say, I thought I was an out of the box thinker ~ until I attended a Support Coordination Course ~ My eyes were opened to an amazing array of ways we can all utilise our NDIS plans & funding that will allow dreams to be followed, & lives to change, all within NDIS guidelines. I am excited to help with initial or plan reviews assisting to get a plan in place that allows goals to be met through formal & informal sources.
