24.01.2022 Are you living your dreams?

24.01.2022 My thought for the week ahead... DARE TO BECOME SOMEONE NO ONE THOUGHT YOU COULD BE... NOT EVEN YOU!... As I ponder this and look to next week, contemplating that it will be my last week of a trainer / speaker in person course... while I continue the journey with the WomanSpeak Circle Leader training for a few weeks more. I know there is still an element of practice required to keep improving skills and perfecting a craft... but I acknowledge where I am, and the fact that I am on my way! Things will never happen. if we never start! Here is to new beginnings xxx

20.01.2022 This is a truly inspiring post and worth sharing. Whether it will help you live to 100+ or not, is irrelevant in my opinion. The most important thing is that having that mindset will help you live a rich and fulfilling life.... What do you think?

09.01.2022 Live, fosters live... I love observing nature and seeing inspiring lessons everywhere. These flowers grow wild at the foot of a sturdy tree. They seem dead most of the year... ... Yet when the time is right, they flower... even though they are never watered or fertilised. They get what they need, thanks to the tree. Everything has a purpose.
