19.01.2022 A little bit about our Naturopath Kim Scott. "My mission is to educate, inspire and support people to achieve their own goals for a healthy mind & body." I get very excited about the impact that nutrition, lifestyle and hormonal balance has on our bodies, my inspiration is endless! I love educating clients through my retreats in Perth and Bali as well as in my private clinic to achieve this balance for themselves.... Inspired Vitality is a reflection of my lifelong passion for fresh healthy wholefoods, feeling vibrant in body and mind and inspiring others to trust their own ability to heal through plant based nutrition and positive living. Vitality is a state of having energy, of being strong and active - in body and mind. To me, 'vitality' is an art form, each individual has their own different feelings and goals for health and wellbeing. Their bodies are different, their physical, mental and emotional experiences have all been different, as is their lifestyle and nutritional preferences. I have a particular interest in supporting women to balance their hormones - especially the adrenal (stress) hormones, the sex hormones (oestrogen, progesterone & testosterone) and insulin. Within these areas I also work with digestive imbalances, low energy and fatigue, low mood, poor memory and concentration. In clinic I use traditional diagnostic techniques in conjunction with iridology and modern pathology testing to design a personalised natural treatment plan. I have qualifications and awards in Naturopathy, Iridology, Nutritional Medicine and Western Herbal Medicine and am a member of ANTA (Australian Natural Therapists Association). My services are registered with most private health funds so rebates are available to you if you have the cover in place. I look forward to working with you - with love, Kim x
