Thursday 6.15am and 10.45am (Thursday 10.45am is not on first Thursday of a month due to hall booking) "The class is a nurturing fusion of what would be best for the people attending any specific class. I love working on the journey with each individual and in no way are there expectations or limitations." Sessions are now closer to 75 mins $20 session or 5 sessions $95
