25.01.2022 I’m extremely proud of @r.logan555 . Rick is 58 years young and did a Pb on deadlifts today 130kg . Also Rick a weight loss of 10kg and at the same time increased his strength and muscle. I hope rick can be a inspiration to many that hard work dedication pays off. Rick is also wearing my new active wear if anyone would like a singlet just let me know they are 50% off

04.01.2022 Extremely proud of Dominic's transformation ! He has lost 20kg in under a year. Started at 96kg now incredible 76kg. Dominic has worked really hard and pushed himself even though the process wasn’t easy and there some weeks where the scales didn't go down. Dominic decided to make a lifestyle change knowing that consistency is key. Now in the end Dominic definitely came out on top. Dominic is now an inspiration to motivate others to make the change.
