15.01.2022 Spent my lunch break today experimenting with my yoga wheel it was a good hour rolling around on the floor with myself, if your working from home and find that you have some extra time do something for yourself and make the time to walk away from your desk it and your work will still be there when you get back yogafun # yoga for everyone # staying strong # compassion and kindness to all

Just letting you all know live yoga will start at 7.30 pm tonight hope you can all join me and I trust by now you have all set up a little area in your homes for your practice, remember you don’t need much just a quiet space with room for your mat and maybe a blanket, some cushions and a strap. Let’s keep moving forward with gratitude and in the words of the Dalai Lama choose to be optimistic, it feels better love and light to you all
