14.01.2022 What makes you want to take a photo? Is it wanting to capture a special memory, the subject or to be creative? It has been all of these for me. This year I am rekindling my enjoyment of photography and I plan to learn the basics in this digital world. What type of camera do you use and why?

13.01.2022 Have you been curious today? when we are curious we spark some creative energy inside us - knowingly or not. Practice being curious every day and have some fun and see what your mind comes up with. Be playful :)

12.01.2022 Practice being a little creative today. Today I enjoyed using watercolour pencils to colour in and then with a fine brush and water blending the colours. Very satisfying Give yourself permission to paint, colour draw or whatever you like to do. Make time for it at least every week.

11.01.2022 This is something I find very inspiring :) The key is to have fun and play - there is no right or wrong. So many life lessons to be learnt here and many limiting beliefs to let go of through this fun process of journaling.
