06.01.2022 Hump day mantra I am 100% responsible for my own actions and transformation Yesterday a beautiful soul helped to remind me that it’s about time I showed some self responsibility and show up to myself daily. I am the only one who can make change not her or anyone else, ME! It was a little hard to swallow but when we push into that discomfort and sit in that that’s where the growth and magic happens! It’s time to get back into those daily practices that bring us ba...ck home to ourselves and break out of those comfort zones. What will this look like for me: showing up every morning and being there for myself no matter what comes up, today it was cacao, 5 mins of breathing, 2 mins of tapping- later today will be gym. 05.01.2022 What does it look/feel like!? Doubt Excuses Blame lack of motivation ... feeling unworthy/undeserving Going outside of yourself Lack if boundaries Just to name a few things !!! Now let’s talk... Self sabotage has been a recurring theme for me for a very long time... Now I have become aware of it and accepted this is currently where I am at in my journey... Now I have two options 1. Do I keep repeating the same habits and patterns and feel shitty and stuck Or 2. Do I become aware of what is happening and make changes!? I am choosing option 2 even though it seems safe and comfortable to choose option 1. Moral of the story is we all get stuck in stories in our head and it’s only up to us to re write and change these stories... so from today I am taking and accepting these responsibilities! I will stop self sabotaging and step into my own power and you can too!
