20.01.2022 Last night I attended Kiara O'Leary’s circle. It was a really powerful experience and one I so badly needed. It was such a reminder. ... Such a reminder. It was personal development 101! I have been walking the self development path for 33 years. I have a depth of wisdom and perception that sees through people and supports them to move forward in this journey in life.... I support people to release there resistance and find their soul essence, their core energy, find their magnificent selves... And Kiara called me out last night! The very first and most basic thing to do is DROP INTO YOUR BODY. I know this, but I wasn’t doing it. I was so STUCK in my head. My thoughts were on a loop - and they were going no-where. She called me out - drop into your body. Breathe right down into the bottom of your stomach. (this is what I do with my clients - why wasn’t I doing it for myself???) Because there is FEAR there. Because it’s not comfortable. Actually it’s scarey. It’s unknown. I’m crying as I write this. Because I was AVOIDING myself. I was pushing myself down. It is so much easier to do stuff for other people and not myself. Procrastination 101. Because I might have to look at my genius and my beautiful soul and my power. And then I might have to use it! And I might have to tell the world about it. And this makes me feel really VULNERABLE!!!! To show myself - to come out from hiding and show the world who I really am. If I don’t do this - how the hell can I ask my clients/students to do it???? Leaders lead by example. 99.9% of leadership is by example. And it takes courage - dear ones - it takes hella courage. But here’s the thing - the thing that I know to the core of my being - we are never alone. Never. It’s always WE. Always WE. So I’m asking and I’m listening - to be shown what the next step is... And I’m going to be brave enough to tell people who I really am. To speak my honesty. Because I owe this to myself and my two sons. And I owe it to you and to God. Bravely on....

13.01.2022 Wouldn't it be awesome to know that there was no-one else like you in this world? And therefore the thought of competing - being better or worse than someone else is completely illogical. Wouldn't it be liberating to think of life as a process of personal growth? An unfoldment of your personal potential. As well as life learnings and deepening wisdom.... Wouldn't this be a far kinder and more realistic way of viewing life than - I've just got to get to (place your destination here) and then everything will be alright. 06.01.2022 Gratitude! Friday’s are my heaven days. I’ve been gifted with a class full of angels. ... Philippino people who work as nurses in hospitals and aged care and are training to become leaders, managers and business owners. Yesterday, a few students spoke in front of the class. And the class spontaneously clapped their encouragement and appreciation. When job descriptions, setting goals and what could impact on someone’s performance, all got a bit too serious, we had a laugh. When we spoke about how men and women handle feedback differently, the men and women in the room were able to laugh about the differences and appreciate them. After all, it’s all about developing relationships, and of course the answer is love and also lightening up. One of the biggest gifts in being a teacher/trainer is how much you learn from your students. And I get paid to do this - how grateful am I!
