19.01.2022 Here’s a chart I have created to use with my kids in the mornings. It not only helps them to take responsibility for themselves, but they know exactly what needs to happen and it means we can get out of the house on time and in a happy mood.

19.01.2022 Im so proud of what weve been able to do for our community during lockdown so far. It was so important for us to keep kids connected at a time where there was so much disconnect. We hoped to have 30 kids sign up and we had to close our bookings at 130 because we couldnt fit any more in. So unbelievably grateful to everyone that takes the time out to provide us with feedback and we have been so overwhelmed with the beautiful feedback weve had about our online classes. We always hope that kids will never have to do it, but fee like it’s so important for them to know what to do just in case.

11.01.2022 This video of my little girl Indie popped up on my Facebook memories yesterday its one of my absolute faves. She had just turned 2 and was reading before bed. You know that feeling when youve read a book a bazillion times and they just keep asking for it? Well theres a lot of positives in it.... It helps them understand the connection between pictures and words, build their vocabulary, ability to retell a story, which are all important early literacy concepts. It will run for 10 weeks and provide kids with an opportunity to build their literacy, numeracy, fine motor, social and emotional skills. Our fun and interactive sessions will be on a Monday morning from 9.30-10.30am.... 10.01.2022 So this happened today... I finally got to hold the book that I co-authored in my hot little hands! (Insert squeals of delight )... Its been 9 months since I first said yes to sharing my story in the hope that it would help empower other women to know that they are enough, they are amazing, and that even though they have become a mother, they matter! This collaboration of women will have an impact on every person who reads it. And I cant wait to sit and start reading it tonight. 08.01.2022 What a beautiful thing it is to see friendships grow between kids in our classes. Even though this year has meant that they haven’t spent as much time in the studio as we would have liked, we love that we get to help friendships blossom.

06.01.2022 In our online classes today and tomorrow we are creating a graph based on dinosaur colours. Representing data on a simple graph is a great way to compare quantities and use words such as most, least, same or equal.... You could create one at home with food or toys and share a photo to show how you went.
