23.01.2022 3 Tips when Dining Out! 1. Choose the meal with the most vegetables or ask for steamed vegetables to be added! (Make sure you say no chips because we know how they love to add them) 2. Google search the menu and decided in advance what you will choose!... 3. Always ask for your protein (fish,steak,chicken)to be grilled. Our Team, in our Upper Hermitage Studio, is dedicated to changing the lives of its members by delivering a unique and fun fitness experience, nutrition guidance, providing excellent service, and building a fantastic community. Initially, the role will be casual, 10 hours per week, with on the job training provided, however applicants must be qualified as a Group Trainer and have current First Aid certification. Applicants must have a passion for helping women to be their best, and must be friendly, motivated, organised, caring, have a strong interest in working with women and be available on weekday mornings and late afternoons. There is additional opportunity for a Coach to bring specialty classes or workout programs to our Studio for example: Mums and Bubs; Running for Fitness; Boxing; Fitball and/or something else your initiative and ideas will be welcomed and rewarded! It was indeed a perfect morning for it, with our winner Lynn Roberts taking out our first past the post prize, very kindly donated by Dianne Hall of Newmans Nitsery. Second place in the 12km went to Janine Bollmeyer and 3rd was Heather House! A special mention goes to Judith Merritt who smashed out a mammoth 12km run on her pr...operty whilst in isolation! 08.01.2022 WEEKEND WARRIOR WORKOUT All you'll need is your phone as a timer, a piece of paper and a pen. You have 7 exercises and you'll complete each exercise for 1 minute each. I want you to complete 3 rounds.... Each time you stop for more than 5 seconds write STOP on your piece of paper. The exercises are: 1. Sumo Squat and Alternating Heel lift 2. Alternating Reverse Lunges 3. Side to side hop or side to side squat jumps 4. Bootstrappers (Bend over with your hands touching your toes, ankles or calves, then lift your bottom up and down) 5. Mini Sprints (5-10 metre continuous sprints or jog) 6. Sumo Rocket - Squat hold for 3 secs then jump high 7. Burpee When your challenge is over, add up the number of stops and use the chart below to see how well you did!
