06.01.2022 Taking a quick opportunity to touch base and wish you all a safe, healthy and happy new year. If 2020 has taught us anything, it's gratitude. I hope we can all take that into the new year. 04.01.2022 And that's a wrap for 2020! Somehow, we survived the year of chaos! So many difficult challenges we faced. From surgeries, covid and all it's challenges, illness, staff shortages, emotional rollercoasters and so much more inbetween. Covid really tested us. As all business owners know, it was the scariest and most financially draining thing I've faced. I truly expected to have folded and forced to sell the salon. With all its unknown factors, it scared the hell outta me, but ...mostly for my staff. We had to adapt to new ways of working, which was quite hard at first, but we took it all in our stride as did our clients. As always, our clients have blown us away with their support and generosity. It has been a challenging Christmas period for us this year, but we were so grateful we had the support and loyalty of so many. Today, I carried home so many beautiful gifts and got to hug so many of you over the past week. It truly warms my heart and still blows me away the love we receive from you all. Kate, where would I be without you? You have truly stepped it up and work your butt off (literally) and words cannot express how much i adore you, or how much you are appreciated. I 100% would have crumbled in a heap without you this year, more specifically the past 2 months. Thankyou so very much for everything you have done and continue to do. The absolute ultimate dream team! A very merry Christmas to you all, we hope you have a safe and relaxing time and we cannot wait to see you in 2021. More then ever, all I wish for our beautiful clients (extended family) is health and happiness. Heather.
