25.01.2022 Due to an appointment I cannot change and am required to attend, I will be unable to run the morning classes this coming Wednesday. Both the 6am and 9:30am sessions will be cancelled for the day. (July 6th) The evening session will run as normal at 6pm ... Thanks for understanding Ben

02.01.2022 Recently I posted that inSsentiF was going into hiatus. Today I can announce that inSsentiF Fitness is offically closing down. Due to an opportunity too good to pass up, I have moved onto a new adventure, new direction and a new challenge. I have been more than privileged to have been a part of so many people's fitness world. The willingness of you all to let me in, to educate, shape and guide you on your fitness journey has been nothing short of spectacular. ... In the last three years, I have made friends, learnt about myself, seen huge changes in clients, friends and in myself. Thank you for letting me play a small role and I look forward to watching your evolution continue in the next instalment of your fitness. I will miss the "inSsentiF Family" in more ways than I can mention. Thank you and Good bye.
